Product Designer
ApplyRole
Oasys is the AI-native operating system for mental health, a platform that automates workflows, integrates real-time data, and feels like magic to use. We’re a design company disguised as an engineering company. Our product isn’t “inspired by good design.” It is design. As our first full-time designer, you’ll own the entire experience: product, brand, visual language, and the emotional texture of our product. You’ll turn complex data and dense clinical tools into an interface that feels serene, fast, and deeply human. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and engineers who sweat the same details you do, down to spacing decimals and motion easing curves. If you care about how things feel as much as what they do, you’ll thrive here.
Responsibilities
- Design Oasys end-to-end: product UI, brand identity, marketing, and everything in between.
- Build a design system so elegant it makes engineering faster.
- Obsess over details: typography rhythm, micro-motion, and invisible interactions.
- Collaborate daily with founders and engineers to prototype, iterate, and ship.
- Design for emotion and clarity, making mental health feel calm, not clinical.
- Elevate the taste bar across the company: design reviews, culture, and craft.
Requirements
- You’ve shipped digital products from 0→1 that people actually use.
- You have elite visual instincts on composition, color, hierarchy, motion.
- You’re obsessive about detail.
- You obsess.
- ^^^
- You move fast but never compromise on craft.
- You can go from Figma to production-ready assets without hand-holding.
- You love systems thinking but design with emotion.
- You’d rather argue about kerning than run a focus group.
- Front-end familiarity (React, Tailwind, code curiosity...).
- Bonus: Experience designing in data-heavy, healthcare, or AI-driven products.
About
At Oasys, design is the company. We believe that every line, pixel, and animation communicates who we are. Our goal is to make mental health software feel as intuitive and emotionally intelligent as the humans who use it. We’re not chasing good. We think of design as empathy, design as clarity, design as culture.
